Series 9 “Roots” 2025

This collection came about as I learned more about my lineage and what it means to be a root worker. I believe we can only survive this current hellscape by learning from the past. One of the things I remind myself of is how my ancestors survived the Trail of Tears and chattel slavery. Our ancestors can tech us so much.
